Hydraulic Oil
SUNPROL Circulating Oils are made from high viscosity index, chemically stable base stocks that are further fortified with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear, and antifoam additives. They meet the requirements of very high-pressure systems and systems where high pump speeds are encountered.
Compressor Oil

Rust Preventing Oil
SUNPROL Rustcol RP-1204 and SUNPROL Rustcol RP-3204 are barium-free corrosion preventives that offer cold-rolled steel excellent protection in condensation, salt spray, and open shed conditions. SUNPROL Rustcol RP-1204 and SUNPROL Rustcol RP-3204 have good drawing properties and are also easily removed with neutral or alkaline water-based cleaners. They are thixotropic and provide optimum film stability on vertical surfaces. They protect semi-finished cold-rolled steel components during transportation and shed storage when good protection and easy removability are priorities.
Cutting Oil
SUNPROL CUTWELL SUPER – 40
SUNPROL Cutwell-40 is a concentrated, water soluble oil compounded for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. SUNPROL Cutwell-40 is blended from the finest quality, high viscosity index paraffin base oils. Incorporated into these base oils are extreme pressure additives, anticorrosive additives, emulsifiers, and germicidal agents.

SUNPROL Gear Oil EP-90 is a multipurpose gear oil containing extreme pressure additives that meet API GL-4, MIL-L-2105, & EP type GL–4 levels IS: 1118: 1992.
Die Lubricants
SUNPROL DL 81 is a highly chlorinated extreme pressure (EP) type oil with fatty oils and free sulphur, making it ideally suited for most severe driving conditions. At the drawing periphery, when the surface of the tube bar is in contact with the die, there is a chemical reaction on the metal surfaces whereby a nascent metallic chloride layer of molecular thickness is formed. This feature is important in the high speed drawing process of steel for extending the die life and improving the surface finish.

Drawing Oil
SUNPROL Draw Oil is a straight oil. It is a medium viscosity material formulated with mineral oil, lubricity agents, and chlorinated EP additives.
Steel Rolling Oil
Rollwell-50 is a high activity blend of natural and synthetic esters and other lubricating additives, together with a balanced blend of anti-oxidants and non-ionic surfactants. The product forms a white, metastable emulsion in water that imparts excellent rolling characteristics.
Bearing Oil
SUNPROL Hypack Compound grades are heavy viscous black petroleum products fortified with special tackiness agents. They all have pronounced stringiness and excellent film strength to with stand high pressure in heavily loaded open gears. They also possess good rust preventive properties and have the ability to stay in place and provide long lasting protection to ropes and open gears.
Quenching Oil
The term quenching normally refers to the controlled cooling of steel components in a fluid to give specified properties. The hardness and other physical properties obtained depend on the composition of the steel, the dimension of the component, the time and temperature of the heat treatment, and the speed and duration of the quenching process. Various quenching mediums, like molten salts, brine water, and synthetic quenchants, are available, but petroleum-based mediums are the most widely used due to the following advantages-
They are easier to control and have uniform hardness.
They are suitable for large scale automation.
They are non-corrosive and non-toxic.
Spindle Oil
SUNPROL Lube Spins are low viscosity lubricants manufactured from highly refined base stock with excellent chemical and oxidation stability and further fortified with carefully selected oxidation and rust inhibitors, and antiwear and antifoam agents.
Engine Oil
SUNPROL Racer 2 Low Smoke Motorcycle Oil is a low-ash, API TC engine oil specially designed for 2-stroke motorcycles and motor scooters. It may be used in either direct oil injection or premixed engines.
Transmission Oil
SUNPROL Transmission Oil-46 is a service classification transmission oil. It is recommended for all commercial power shift transmissions, industrial torque converters, and automatic transmissions.
